高压氧吸入后的小鼠肺功能变化机理探讨

摘要 应用血气分析仪和计算机图像定量测量方法,对高压氧治疗后小鼠动脉血气等6项参数和肺毛细血管内皮细胞Na^+-K^+-ATPase活性进行自动检测和定量测量.结果表明,小鼠吸入高压氧1h后,动脉血pH、氧分压(PaO_2)、氧含量(CaO_2)、氧饱和度(SaO_2)和实际碳酸氢盐(AB)等5项参数明显升高(P<0.01).肺毛细血管内皮细胞Na^+-K^+-ATPase反应产物明显增多,反应强度增大,酶活性增高.作者认为,2.5ATA高压氧治疗主要是通过改善肺呼吸功能、增强肺的代谢功能,使肺泡通气量增加,肺血流量增多,肺泡通气与血流(V/Q)比例维持在正常的最佳状态.从而较大幅度地提高PaO_2、CaO_2和SaO_2,迅速改善机体的低氧或缺氧状态,达到治疗疾病的目的. Six parameters on the blood gases in mice arteries and Na+-K+-ATPase ac-tivities in the endothelial fells of their pulmonary capillaries were analysed and measured by means bf the blood gas analyser and the computer image analyser. The results showed that, pH,Pa02,oxygen content (CaO2),oxygen saturation(SaO2) and actual bicarbonate (AB) inmice arterial blood were increased remarkably in hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) group(P<0.01). The reaction and the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase in the endothelial cells in mice pulmonary capillares were increased distinctly ,too. The authors consider that HBO could increase alveo-las ventilation and pulmonary blood flow by improving respiratory and metabolic functions. In a word,HBO raises PaO2,CaO2 and SaO2 so well that it could improve hypoxia in the body and treat a lot of diseases.
