摘要
介绍一种用氧瓶燃烧-离子选择电极快速测定人发中氟含量的新方法.在选定的实验条件下,氟离子的线性范围为1.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-2)mol/L.用于人发氟的分析,其相对标准偏差和回收率分别为3.7%(n=6)和100.7±11.8%((?)±s,n=5).此法比目前常用的分析方法更简便快速,可用于氟营养及氟中毒指标的检测.
This paper describes a new method for quick measurement of the content of fluoride in human hair with oxygen-flask combustion and ion-selective electrode. Under the experimental conditions specified, the calibration cure for F is linear in the concentration range from 1.0×10-2~1.0×10-6mol/L. The relative standard deviation and the recovery in analysing fluoride in hairs were 3.7%(n=6)and 100. 7×11.8% (±s,n = 5)respectively. The method is simpler and quicker than common analytical method at present,and can be widely used in the measurement of trace targets in nutrition and poisoning of fluoride.
