摘要
对236例眩晕患者采用经颅多普勒超声波(TCD)检测颅内动脉血流速度和局部脑血流量.结果表明:中枢性眩晕动脉血流速度增加、层流破坏、频谱增宽、“窗口”消失等现象.而周围性眩晕TCD大多数正常.
The blood flow in the intracranial arterial and the local brain in 236 patients with vertigo was examined by transcranial Doppler (TCD). The results showed that the arterial blood flow in the patients with the central vertigo increased, the laminar flow was bro-ken,the frequency spectrum became wider and the 'window' disappeared and other signs, too. However,the results of TCD in most of the patients with peripheral vertigo were nor-mal.
