Heat-clearing and detoxifying fluid was used to treat 106 patients,aged 2-13 years,who are developing acute upper respiratory infections(AURI). The curative effects are obvious.A mean remission time of coming down fever, relieving sore throat and reducing swelling tonsils with heat-clearing and detoxifying fluid is a little shorter than that with Xiao Chaihu Chong Ji and Yinhuang oral fluid,It is a key to select a prescription reasonably.
