高压氧中毒小鼠脑微血管图像分析定量研究

摘要 采用计算机图像定量测量方法,对高压氧中毒(HBOI)后小鼠软脑膜微血管和大脑皮质毛细血管内皮细胞碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,HBOI后小鼠软脑膜毛细血管开放数目减少,毛细血管密度降低.毛细血管内皮细胞ALP活性增强,微血管呈扩张状态,管周有渗出,血流速度变慢,有红细胞聚集现象.这些变化可能是活性氧对血管内皮细胞的毒性作用所致.作者认为,脑的微循环障碍和毛细血管内皮细胞ALP活性增强可能是氧中毒发病的重要机理之一. The changes of meningeal microvessels of mice and alkeline phosphatase (ALPase) activity in their cerebral cortex capillary after hyperbaric oxygen intoxication (HBOI) were observed and measured by means of the computer image analysis. The results were as follows:the open capillaries in mice meninx were decreased remarkably and capillary density reduced. The ALPase activity in the endothelial cells of capillaries was increased ap-parently. The meningeal microvessels dilated, some blood permeating out. The blood flow slowed down;Sympexis could be seen in the capillaries. The changes may be the results pro-duced by activated oxygen toxicity on the endothelial cells. The authors hold that the cerebral microcirculation dysfunction and the increase of the ALPase activity in the endothelial cells may be one of the important mechanisms of HBOI.
