颅内静脉窦血栓形成(附8例报告)

本文报告8例颅内静脉窦血栓形成,男性7例,女性1例.眶内炎性假瘤及鼻部肿致海绵窦血栓形成2例.中耳炎致乙状窦或横窦血栓形成及后颅凹脓肿2例.慢性中耳炎致横窦血栓形成2例.慢性中耳炎致上矢状斗窦和直窦血栓形成1例.产后致上矢状窦和海绵窦血栓形成1例.其中6例血栓形成发生于2个以上静脉窦或伴脑脓肿.神经系统局灶体征占75%.文章结合文献对其发病机理,临床特征,CT和MRI影像学特点进行了较详细的讨论.

8 cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were presented in this article. The series consisted of 7 males and I female. 2 cases developed cavernous sinus thrombosis by inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit and furuncle of the nose,2 cases developed lateral sinus thrombosis and sigmoid sinus thrombosis with abscess of posterior fosssa cranii by otitis media, 1 case developed superior sagittal sinus thrombosis and cavernous sinus thrombosis 3 hours postpartum,in 6 out of 8 cases ,more than 2 cases with venous sinus thrombosis were found ,the incidence of focal deficit was 75% ,higher than that in the literature abroad. The diagnosis of intracranial venous Sinus thrombosis was confirmed by operation in 2 cases ,by CT scanning in 1 case .by carotid angiography in 3 cases. In our report the pathogenetic consideration ,clinical features ,CT scan and MRI findings of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were discussed in detail.
