摘要
本文对甲壳胺作为硫酸盐镀锌光亮剂的可行性进行了研究.对四组不同的硫酸盐镀锌液,从赫尔槽试验、电镀液性能及极化曲线测定、镀层的金相显微观测等方面进行了研究比较.根据阴极沉积物生成机理及甲壳胺分子结构,探讨了甲壳胺分子对硫酸盐镀锌过程的影响结论是甲壳胺可作硫酸盐镀锌光亮剂,其光亮性能较经典的光亮剂硫脲、十二烷基硫酸钠为好,且用量少,成本低廉.本研究拓宽了甲壳胺在工业领域的应用前景.
In this paper,the possibility o1p chitosalnille as a brightener for Zn sulfate electroplating has been studied.Four diflerent working solutions have been tested and compared one another by the results of Hull cell test,solution properties and rllctallograph.The effect of chitosamine on electrodeposition of Zn has been studied by molecule seructrue and deposition mechanism.The answer is positive.The results show chitosamine can be used as a brightener for Zn electroplating,and it is better and more economic than thiourea and dodecyl sodium sulfate,which are traditionally used in Zn electroplating.ho,this work enlarges the application area of chitosamine in industries.
