双(取代苯酰氧基)二茂钛衍生物的质谱分析

Mass Spectra of Bis (substituted benzoato) Derivatives of Titanocene

二茂钛类衍生物具有催化抗肿瘤活性,因而引起人们的研究兴趣。我们曾探讨了一系列双(取代苯酰氧基)二茂钛衍生物、含茂钛聚合物的合成、光谱、质谱及其反应性。本文报道有关衍生物的质谱分析,并讨论其规律性。

The EI mass spectra of a series of his(substituted benzoato)derivatives of titano-cene of the type Cp_2Ti(OCOC_6H_4X)_2,where x=H,o,m-F,o-Cl,o,p-Br,p-OCH_3,o-NHAc,o-I,o,m,p-NO_2 and 3,5-(NO_2)_2,were reported.The p-OCH_3,o-Er and o-NO_2-substitutedcompounds showed weak molecular ion peaks while others did not.All the compounds exhi-bited titanium-containing characteristic fragment ions:[M-Cp]^+,[M-Cp-CO_2]^+,[M-R]^+,[CpTiR]^+and[Cp_2Ti]^+etc..The effect of the substituent(X)on the phenyl ring on thefomation of other ion peaks was observed and discussed.
