摘要
This paper reports 48 patients who were performed by laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. The main complications were biliary fistula (2cases ) and stricture of the cominan hepatic duct (1 case ). The author considered tbat the complications occur easily in the early stage and emphasized that the initial twerty surgical procedures should be performed carefully. By improving the procedure of the first puncture at the umbilicus the rate of the once success of the puncture increased. The liberation of Calot’s triangle,managemert of cystic duct and cystic duct calculus, causes and treatment of biliary fistula and gall bladder split were also discussed.
