摘要
本文报告一组修复骨缺损的实验结果，所用材料为骨基质明胶和同种异体骨。在家免双侧桡骨上制成1．5cm长的骨缺损，分别植入骨基质明胶、同种异体骨。结果表明骨基质明胶对骨缺损的修复作用明显优于同种异体骨。
The article reported a group of experiment study in repairing bone defect by means of Bone matrix Genatin (BMG) and Homologuous Bone (HB). The bone defect was done for 1.5cm in radii of domestic rabbits then the defect was transplant individually with BMG or HB. The results showed that the reparation of bone defect with BMG was superior to HB.
