病毒性肝炎的血清学分型研究

A STUDT OF SEROTYPES OF VIRAL HEPATITIS

用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对肝功能异常的216份血清进行了血清学分型研究，152人（70．37％）被检测出不同型别的肝炎病毒感染标志，其中甲型59人（27．31％）、乙型100人（46．30％）、丙型30人（13．89％）、丁型36人（16．67％）、成型20人（9．26％）；另64人未检出上述任何标志，为未定型。阳性病人中73人（48．03％）为混合感染。这项研究结果表明，现已证实的五型病毒性肝炎海南岛南部地区均有。

Sera from 216 patients with hepatitis were tested. Among them152 ones (70.37%) showed Positive of the markers of hepatitis viruses. the rates of anti-HAV-IgM, HBsAg, anti - HCV IgG, HDAg/anti - HDV and anti - HEVIgG were 27.31%, 46. 30%, 13. 89%, 16. 67%, and 9.26% respectively. The result showed that there are epidemics of hepatitis A, B, C, D and E in the south of Hainanprovince.
