摘要
本文用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定几种海洋生物体内的硒含量。本方法的最低检出限为30pg,变异系数低于5.9%,回收率为94%—99%。测定发现,褐藻含硒量比红藻和绿藻低,紫贻贝和海湾扇贝的外套膜中硒含量远远高于肌肉组织。
The selenium concentration in several marine organisms was directly determined by the flameless atomic absorption spectroscopic (FAAS) method. The absolute detection limit of the FAAS method is 30pg. The variation coefficient is less than 5.9%, and the recovery tatio is between 94%-99%. It is found by determination that the selenium concentration in Phaeophyta is lower than in Chlorophyta and Rhodophyta; and it is much higher in the mantle than in the muscle of the Blue mussel and the Bay scallop.
