A New Dry Method of Leak Detection of Sealed Vessels

本文对密闭容器在不下水条件下的干式检漏法进行了理论探讨，提出了比较理想和容易实现的差压检漏方法。文中介绍的自动干式检漏仪，以差压变送器为核心，用程控机控制电磁阀执行检测过程，以声光进行产品不合格报警，实现了微漏检测的量化和自动化，已在汽车水箱厂使用。

A conceptual study has been made on a new method of leak detection of a sealed vessel without putting it in the water, and a ideal and feasible differential pressure method of leak detection has been developed. The dry automatic leak detector is described in this paper.The detector, with a differential spressure transducer as the core,uses a programmable control solenoid valve to perform the automatic and quantitative leak detection, and makes warnings of unqualified produtcts with acoustic and optical signals. The detector has been successfully used in Tianjin Automogile Heat Exchanger Factory for many years.
