摘要
于1983年11月—1985年11月在胶州湾的两个观测站逐月进行了2周年的海水中叶绿素浓度的定点研究。结果表明,(1)胶州湾口表层海水中的叶绿素a平均浓度为3.05(1.02-15.62)mg/m3;真光层中平均为26.34(9.97-106.59)mg/m2;其季节变化呈春(3—4月)、秋(9—11月)双峰型。(2)小型(<78μm)的浮游植物平均占海水中叶绿素a的85.76%。(3)叶绿素a/c比在表层海水中平均为2.41,真光层中平均为2.60;叶绿素a/b比和叶绿素a与类胡萝卜素的比值均大于10。(4)春季,叶绿素的最大层出现在0-3m层;夏、秋季,逐渐下移;冬季,上、下层叶绿素a浓度比较均匀。认为胶州湾的浮游植物生物量和初级生产力都很高,可以发展海水养殖业。
The monthly concentrations of chlorophyll a at two stations in the inlet ofJiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, China (Station 1: 120° 14.60'E, 36°04.00'N; Station 2:120° 16.54'E, 36°04.46'N) during the period of November, 1983 to November, 1985ranged from 1.02 to 15.62 mg/m3 with an annual average of 3.05 mg/m3 in the surfacewater. The integrated chlorophyll a value in the water column of euphotic zone ranged from 9.97 mg/m2 to 106.59 mg/m2 and was 26.34 mg/m2 on the average. Seasonally, there was a major peak (44.22-65.15 mg/m2) in the spring and a minorone (34.02-55.50 mg/m2) in fall consistent with the pattern of phytoplankton concentration in most Chinese coastal waters reported by others. Depth of the chlorophyll a maximum layer varied with season, i. e. in the top 3 m during the springand summer and at greater depth in the winter. The phytoplankton < 78μm comprising essentially of diatoms and dinoflagellates contributed 85.76% of phytoplanktonbiomass on the average (58.4%-96.5 % ). The mean ratio of chlorophyll a:c was2.41 in the surface water and 2.60 in the euphotic zone. The mean ratio of chlorophyll a:b and chlorophyll a:carotenoid were both larger than 10.The seasonal and vertical distributions of chlorophyll a concentrations were discussed in relation to the physical and chemical oceanographic process. The high phytoplankton biomass, high primary productivity along with sufficient nutrients in thebay would sustain active mariculture.
