φ114直缘成型焊管机组的研制

摘要 介绍了直缘成型φ114高频焊管机组的设备组成、工艺流程及主要技术性能。其成型机组与普通式成型机组相比,机组长度缩减了60%,轧辊数目减少约70%,机架刚度高,采用四机同步拖动系统,增大了牵引力,采用连续成型法,带钢边缘几乎100%成直线,提高了成型精度。成型区的缩短,使带钢塑性变形增大,t/D可达1:80。 The equipment structure, technology process and main technology properties of φ114 straight fringe forming welding pipe set with high frequency are introduced. The length of set shortened 60% and the number of rollers reduced about 70%, as well as the stiffness was high, compared with common forming sets. Adopting four machines synchronous driving system increases the traction. The fringe of strip steel is approximately to straight by using continous forming and the forming precision to be high. Shortening the zone of forming increases the plastic deformation of strip steel, t/D within reach 1: 80.
