介绍了核燃料组件中锆管自动TIG焊的工艺过程,设计了PC的接口电路和控制程序.研制的PC控制系统能精确地控制环缝焊接搭接量,能抗高频引弧的强烈干扰,满足了锆管焊接自动化的要求.
Auto - TIG welding process of zirconium tube for nuclear fuel package is introduced. The interface circuit and control program are designed. The PC control system developed possesses functions like accurately controlling lap value of girth weld, resistance to strong interference as striking the arc with high frequency and well fulfilling the aims of zirconium tube auto - welding.
