摘要
从气体保护自动焊的工艺特点出发,应用人工智能的原理,提出了一些诊断和识别故障的方法,并以硬件的方式实现了一些自诊断功能,为弧焊机器人在线工作时也进行实时诊断提供了一种新的途径.
A method of diagnosing and spotting troubles and breakdowns of arc welding robot is put for ward on the basis of characteristics of GMAW process and application of the principle of artificial intelligence. The diagnostic function is accomplished by a hardware system specially developed then a new way is opened for real time diagnosing of arc welding robot on line.
