摘要
研究了Mn-Si,Mn-Si-Cr,Mn-Si-B,Mn-Si-Cr-Mo.Mn-Si-Cr-B等系中碳合金钢耐磨堆焊合金成分、组织、硬度与耐磨粒磨损性能的关系.结果表明,堆焊金属成分必须优化,以获得良好的组织形态.根据优化的Mn-Si-B系合金系统,研制的新型Mn-Si-B系堆焊焊条,已通过现场磨料磨损生产性试验.
The relationships among wearlessness and composition, structure, hardness and grain - size of wear - resistant alloy layer like Mn- Si, Mn- Si- Cr, Mn-Si- B, Mn- Si- Cr- Mo Mn- Si - Cr - B system respectively used for medium carbon alloy steel hard-facing are investigated, Theresults indicate that the composition of alloy should be optimized inorder to obtain a better structure , the addition of much more Cr and Moalloy elements are not able to improve wearlessness. The optimized alloysystem and new electrode are developed and proved by on site productionpractice.
