摘要 研究了焊后冷却速度对Nb-V-Ti微合金钢热影响区组织和韧的影响.研究结果表明,Nb-V-Ti微合金钢母材为F+P,焊后冷速较小时HAZ组织为B+F+P,冷速较大时组织为B,冷速过大时,组织为B+M.冷速过大或过小都会降低HAZ韧度. The effects of cooling rate post welding on the structure and toughness of Nb - V - Ti microalloy steel weld is studied. The results show that the structure of within HAZ of Nb - V - Ti microalloy steel weld is F + P. As cooling rate increase gradually, the structures of HAZ are Successively transformed to became B + F + P, B, and B + M. The toughness of HAZ ia decreased by over high or low cooling rate also.
