摘要
介绍了不锈钢保温杯的结构、焊接生产工艺,焊接缺陷防止措施及研制的LH-63型不锈钢保温杯微束等离子弧焊接专机的主要参数.研制的设备及工艺成功地在生产中应用.
The design of stainless steel cup with thermal insulation property, the welding procedure and the prevention different defects from weld jojint are introduced in this paper. The special machine LH- 63 designed for welding the stainless steel cups and the machine specification are discussed, too. The machine and welding procedure are appliea to production.
