摘要
介绍了应用径向摩擦焊进行紫铜与高碳合金钢(D50或D60)摩擦焊焊接性试验的情况.试验结果证实,紫铜与高碳含金钢采用大参数的惯性摩擦焊工艺时,焊接接头基本与紫铜等强.钢侧的焊接热影响区≤0.15mm,焊接热影响区无异常组织出现.
Weldability of friction welding between copper and high carbon alloy steel (D50 or D60) is studied with radial friction welding procedure. Results show that basically, the joint strength is equal to the one of copper as using strong parameter of inertial friction welding process; the HAZ of steel side less than 0.15mm without any abnormal structure.
