摘要
研制出工艺性能良好的Cr-Mn-B和Cr-Mo-Re合金系堆焊焊条.介绍了堆焊层的主要化学成分、硬度、耐磨性以及现场应用情况.适用于大齿轮的磨损堆焊和小型磨损件的堆焊.
Hardfacing electrodes based on Cr - Mn - B and Cr - Mo -Re alloy systems have been developed possessing with good operative weld-ability. Chemical composition; hardness and abrasive resistance of hardfacing layer are presented, also the application of electrodes on site of workshop are introduced. The electrodes developed are suitable for hardfacing both large gears and small abrasive workpieces.
