摘要
介绍了铝-不锈钢热压扩散连接的原理以及工艺参数对接头性能的影响.除对接头进行力学性能、打压及高真空气密性试验之外,还通过金相、SEM,EPMA及XRD等方法对接头结合行为进行了观察与分析.其结果表明铝-不锈钢间相互扩散,实现了牢固连接,接头性能良好.
Both principle of diffusion welding between aluminium and stainless steel and effects of procedure parameters on joint properties are introduced. Besides mechanical property test, pressure - fight test and vacuum sealing examination, jointing behavior of diffusion process is observed and analyzed using with metallography. SEM, EPMA and XRD methods. The results show that mutual diffusion process is the key point of firm welding joint with good property
