The new developed copper alloy powder possesses self -protectivity and self - mekabilty that will be easily spray - fused onto cast iron surface with oxygen acetylene flame. The tight - binding, compact texture and suitable hardness of the layer can completely meet the requirements of valve production. The new method will save four- fifth consumption of copper as compared with the current way of embedded copper ring.
