摘要
采用三维热弹塑性有限元法对管板接头的焊接变形进行数值模拟。研究了不同计算模型和焊接条件下接头的收缩和平板上开孔的位置和形状的变化。比较了半周模型和全周模型,固定热源和移动热源,单道焊和多道焊下的分析结果,为预测管板接头的焊接变形、控制制造精度提供了有价值的数据和方法。
Welding deformations of a pipe-plate joint with holes after multi-pass welding are simulated using the thermal-elastic-plastic finite element method.The shrinkages of the joint and deformations of eight holes which are in the plate around the center of pipe are analyzedunder different models and welding conditions .Half-circle model and full-circle model,fixed heat source and moving heat source,single pass and multi-pass welding are used for comparison.The calculated results provide a lot of informations which are very useful for predicting the effects of various welding conditions on residual doformations and controlling thehigh accuracy of the pipe-plate joint.
