管体摩擦焊摩擦变形阶段界面污物自清除的估算 被引量:2

摘要 要通过对连续驱动摩擦焊连接机制的认识,提出了以摩擦界面污物自清除率作为评价摩擦付焊接头质量“优”、“劣”的方法,并以此为基础,结合管结构摩擦焊的特点,分析了摩擦变形过程中摩擦界面及近界面塑性区金属质点的运动规律,建立了平衡扭矩阶段界面污物清除率的数学模型,给出了二次参数一塑性区宽度(h_o)的估算法。结合35 ̄#钢两组焊接参数匹配情况,解剖测定了其塑性区宽度,并与理论预测结果进行了比较,二者吻合较好。 According to the bonding mechanism of continuous drive friction welding, a new methodwhich can evaluate the quality of welded joint by using the rate of expeiling interfacialcontamination has been proposed. And then, on the besis of the frictional weling features fortubular form and the above idea, the movement of metal particls within the plastic zone duringequilibrirm torque stage in friction welding has been analysed. A model on the rate ofinterfacial contamination removement has been construced. Two groups of friction weldingparameter were applied for 35 mild steel tubular specimen,and the width of plastic zone in thejoint of spadmen has been measured by using metallgraphic exannnation; The predital asultsand expexerimantal values of the plastic widths are good agreement.
