摘要
本文提取了杂交水稻(Oryza Sativa L.)的三系及其F_1代的组蛋白,采用聚丙烯酸胶凝胶电泳及SDS—聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳进行分析,并与小牛胸腺组蛋白进行了比较.水稻和小牛胸腺的H_3、H_4在两种凝胶电泳中都显示了相同的泳动率.水稻H_2a、H_2b比小牛胸腺中的相应组份在两种凝胶电泳中皆显示较低的泳动率,具较大的分子量.在我们的研究范围中,H_1表现出种的特异性,而且杂种F_1的H_1含量高于亲本,这提供了一种从分子遗传学角度来研究杂种优势的可能性.
Nucleohistones from seedlings of three lines (male sterile line, maintainer line, and restoring line) and their F] hybrid of rice (Oryza sativa L. ) are isolated and compared with the calf thymus histones using delectrophoresis on polyacrylamide and SDS-polyacrylamid gels. Fractions H4 and H3 of rice and calf thymus display the same mobilities on both gels while H2a and H2bof rice show lower mobilities on both gels and thus have higher molecular weights than calf thymus histone counterparts. Moreover, H1 is speciespecific in all our investigations. And the hybrid H1 content is higher than that of its parents. our observation provides an opportunity to study heterosis molecular genetically.
