摘要
本文在实地调查和集中研究基础上，提出了优惠政策，促进我国电子工业发展所具有的筹资机制、激励机制和结构优化功能。
Based on on-the-spot investigations and centra lized study, We put forward in this paper a theory that preferential policies possess the mechanism of raising funds, the impelling mechanism, and the function of optimal structure while auelarating the development of electromic engineering in our country.
