摘要
本文旨在介绍一种具有热敏特性的电容器材料。该材料由钛酸钡、钛酸锶用普通陶瓷工艺制成，在－40℃至＋100℃温度范围内，介电常数遵循居里—外斯定律，因此可用于制作温度传感器。
The purpose of this paper is to report on a kind of thermal sensing capacitor material,which is prepared by common ceramic process with BaTiO3 and SrTiO3. In the range of40 to +100℃,the dielectric constant of this material follows Curie-Weiss law. Therefore it would be able to prepare temperature sensor.
