摘要
根据飞机对货舱内衬材料使用时阻燃性及抗冲击韧性的要求,选用柔性环氧活性韧性组分和乙烯基聚合物物理共混韧性组分对基本阻燃酚醛组分进行改性,研制出了4193树脂体系,基于该体系的复合材料在有良好阻燃性的同时,还可使刚性和冲击韧性达到良好的匹配,并能满足目前先进的适航性要求。
Accord ing to the present fire resistance and anti-impact toughness requiremen ts of the cargo liners used in com-mercial aircrafts,a resin system 4193 is developed by modifying the basic phenolic fire resistance components withtough active epoxy parts and nonactive vinyl polymer parts,The glass reinforced composite materials based on thisresin system have a satisfied match between rigid and impact toughness and the good fire resistance(FST)propertiesare not effected apprecially. The composite materials can meet the advanced airworthness requirements of the commer-cial aircrafts.
