摘要
介绍了近似计算空调常用条缝肋片管风冷换热器传热系数及流动阻力的数学模拟,计算方法和试验比较吻合,说明计算方法是可行的、实用的。对风冷换热器进行优化设计和原产品对比,效果明显,说明优化设计是可行的。
An approximate calculation method is pre sented for the heat transfer coefficient and air pressure drop of the slit fin t ube in an air cooled heat exchanger of c ommonly used air conditioning.The data o btained by this method are in good agree ment with the experimental results.This calculation method is proved to be feasi ble and useful:The optimization of air c ooled heat exchanger is also presented a nd compared with original one.It is show n that the optimized exchanger is obviou sly effective and feasible.The optimizat ion could save 22% of its total cost,if total cost is taken as objective functio n,at the same time,its weight,pressure d rop,and primary investment are also cut down.
