摘要
应用弹性理论和波动理论,推出旋转盘形弧齿锥齿轮波动响应的模态解,重点讨论了啮合力F对齿轮波动共振的影响。给出了弧齿锥齿轮波动共振的条件。
The modal solution to the resonant respo nse of rotating disk spiral bevel gears is derived from elasticity and wave mech anics.The effects of the tooth meshing f orce on the wave resonace for such gears are discussed in detail,and the dynamic stress response in the state of wave re sonance at various values of gear contac t ratio for a Gleason spiral bevel gear in an aeroengine is given.Finally the co ndition of wave resonace is obtained:wav e resonance for spiral bevel gears depen ds not only on the natural frequency but also on the tooth meshing force.As gear contact ratio is approaching to the the oretical value,the wave resonance will n ot appear,but it must take place when ge ar contact ratio is smaller than the the oretical value and at the working revolu tions which satisfy the Eq.25 in this pa per.
