摘要
介绍了消减发动机管道振动的结构优化方法。该方法在管道结构(走向、主要支点)基本确定的情况下能够给出使危险点的振动能量最小的附设卡箍的位置、刚性及阻尼。在对原管道结构进行有限元计算的基础上,全部分析过程限制在附设卡箍的位置,激振点及危险点之间。整个迭代过程不需重新进行有限元计算,具有效率高的特点。文章最后给出一根滑油导管的算例。
The paper deals with structural optimization for reducing vibration of engine pipeline.The method can give the best postion,stiffness and damping of clips to be attached on condition that pipe system's structure has been given.Based on the finit element analysis of original structure,the analytical process is limited between the locations where are to be attached clips,excited points and dangerous points.It is not necessary to make again a finit element analysis for the improved system.An exemple for reducing the vibration of an engine pipeline is presented.
