摘要
对NiTi合金丝的相变与施加应力、温度的关系,NiTi合金丝的应力-应变与温度的相互关系,NiTi合金丝的回复力-温度-应变之间的关系和NiTi合金丝的弹性模量随温度的变化关系等进行了测试,并且导出了相应的表征公式。这些特征参量和表征公式是进行NiTi合金丝智能复合构件研究的前提和基础。
Experiments and analyses of the main characteristics of NiTi alloy wires were completed to research their ability in active detection and control of cracks growth as the special requirements of the intelligent material structures.The expressions of the main characteristics as recovery force and other parameters are deduced on the basis of measurements.The research results show that the NiTi alloys wires are very good functional materials for manufacturing the intelligent structures capable of actively detecting and controlling the growth of cracks and vibration.
