摘要
针对旋转失速产生的原因在一小型轴流风扇上进行了热丝频谱分析和激光测速两方面的实验,讨论了试验结果,分析了旋转失速产生的机理,认为叶尖间隙流和一个周期性变化的进口攻角扰动波的叠加导致了叶尖间隙流周期性地堵塞叶栅通道,而旋转失速正是由这种堵塞的周期性变化引起的。
An experimental investigation on the rotating stall in an axial flow fan is described in this paper.The flow field in the tip region of the rotor has been researched by means of hot-wires and laser anemometer.An amount of experimental data is collected and the mechanism of the rotating stall inception is also considered.The analytic results show that the interaction between a perturbation and the tip clearance flow leads to the appearance of the rotating stall.
