采用壳体应变应力状态的正交异性体─壳过渡元

APPLICATION OF AN ORTHOTROPIC SOLID-SHELL TRANSIENT ELEMENT IN SHELL STRAIN-STRESS STATE

摘要 采用壳体应变—应力状态的过渡元推广于正交各向异性材料,以解决壳体法线与一个材料主轴重合的正交异性体—壳组合结构的应力分析问题。算例表明:采用本文建立的过渡元计算正交异性体—壳组合结构是有效的,精度能满足工程要求,并能节省计算时间。 In order to analyze the solid-shell combined structures made of orthotropic materials,a 15-nodes orthotropic solid-shell transient element in shell strain-stress state is developed based on the formulation of the isotropic transient element.The elasticity matrix of orthotropic transient element is derived.The expressions for the stiffness matrix and load vectors of the orthotropic solid-shell transient element are obtained from this elasticity matrix and the corresponding formulas of the isotropic transient element.The displacements and stresses of the combined structures calculated with the presented transient element are in fair agreement with those calculated only with solid or shell elements.It is indicated that the transient element gives a good accuracy and the CPU time can be saved by using the presented transient elements.
