摘要
通过实验,研究了8对具有不同辐板支承形式薄轮缘斜齿轮结构中的动应力。讨论了不同转速和结构尺寸等对这些齿轮结构中不同部位处动应力的影响。结果表明,随着轮缘厚度从B/3(B为齿宽)减小到B/5,齿轮结构中的动应力通常将有所增加,一端辐板支承斜齿轮中的动应力波动将增大。随着轮缘厚度的减小,轮齿中的最大应力将从齿根移向齿槽。
Structural dynamic stresses on eight pairs of thin-rimmed helical gears with different web arrangements are studied experimentally.The effects of rotational speed and structural sizes on the dynamic stresses in different regions of the gears are considered.Experimental results show that when the web thickness decreases from B/3 (B is the facewidth of driven gear) to B /5,the structural dynamic stresses of gears always increase, and the position of maxium dynamic stress in the gear tooth moves from the tooth root to the tooth bottom land.The dynamic stresses on the tooth root and tooth bottom land will increase with the increasing rotational speed of the gears.
