摘要
根据所研制的NiTi合金带的优异性能,提出了将其复合于铝合金板内,并与微机控制系统相配合,形成NiTi合金带智能复合构件。利用所建立的探测和控制裂纹扩展的微机控制系统和制作的NiTi合金带平板智能复合构件进行了控制裂纹扩展的疲劳性能试验研究。结果表明,该设计方案合理,效果显著。
According to their superior performance it was proposed to make a composite aluminium plate with NiTi alloy belts located where crack (or damage) would most probably emerge.When cooperating with a computer moitoring system,the plate becomes an NiTi alloy belts intelligent composite component.The fatigue tests to actively controll crack growth of NiTi alloy belts intelligent composite component were carried out under the detection and control of the computer monitoring system.The test results show that the designed intelligent cemposite components not only have the capability to sense and act by themselves,but also greatly extend their fatigue life,especially for the component with NiTi alloy belts predeformed,its control effect is more remarkable,its crack initial life is prolonged up to 4 68 times,and its fatigue crack growth life up to 4 time.
