摘要
从频域理论上对直线度测量中采样间距与偏差形状的吻合关系进行了较为深入的理论分析,提出在相同的采样误差条件下,随着采样点数的增加,测量误差将随之下降。因此,直线度测量采样间距的选择应按测量准确度要求来确定。
The Congruent relationship between sample step and diviation shape in linearity measurement is analyzed theoretically by frequency field theory, and the measuring error is decreased as the sample points are increased in the same conditions of the sample error. The choice of thesemple steps for linearity measurement ought to determine the requirement of accuracy of measurement.
