Automatic Inserting Technology and Inserting Manipulator for the Thermocouple of NPP Reactor

核电站反应堆测温热电偶插装机械手是堆芯热电偶安装、检修更换的专用设备。本文结合３００ＭＷ反应堆型，介绍了一种新型的热电偶插装技术以及插装机械手的结构和工作原理。经实例应用认为，该插装技术可作为导管引导式铠装热电偶的安装设备。

The inserting manipulator for the thermocouple of NPP reactor is a special equipment used to install or replace individually thermocouples. This paper,in the light of the conditions of the 300MW NPP reactor,introduces a new type of thermocouple inserting technology, the structure and principle of operation of inserting manipulator. It is affirmed by application of sample that the inserting technology can be used for installing conduit-conducting armoured thermocouples.
