THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF DMSO ON ESTAGE METHOD ACRYLONITRILE-BASED PRECURSOR YARN FOR CARBON FIBER

叙述了二甲基亚砜一步法（高转化）高强碳纤维用聚丙烯腈原丝生产的工艺流程。着重讨论了聚合、纺丝的工艺控制。以及工艺控制对聚丙烯腈原丝和最终碳纤维性能的影响。按此工艺生产的聚丙烯腈原丝的质量完全符合高强碳纤维生产的需要。

This paper describes the production process of DMSO one stage method (high conversion)acrylonitrile-based Precursor yarn for high strength carbon fibers.The process control of polymerization and spinning,the influ-ence of the process control on the properties of polyacrylonitrile precursor yarn and resulting carbon fiber are emphatically discussed.The quality of acrylonitrile-based precursor yarn produced by this process is com- pletely accordant with the requirment of producing high strength carbon fiber.
