中药预防雏鸡传染性法氏囊病的研究

Studies on the Prevention of Chicken IBD With Chinese Traditional Herbs

试验选用中草药组成方剂（下称抗囊病散），按１％的浓度添加于雏鸡饲料中，自１日龄起连续饲喂至３０日龄时，进行人工感染ＩＢＤＶＢＣ６／８５Ｅ３１０５０．２ｍＬ／只。试验结果表明：在３０日龄前，添加抗囊病散组雏鸡成活率高于不添加抗囊病散组，统计分析有显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０５）．人工感染ＩＢＤＶ后，添加抗囊病散组雏鸡保护率为９１．４３％，明显高于对照组（６２．０７％），统计分析有极显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

in this experiment effective Chinese traditional herbs were used and fill a prescription which is called resist IBD powder. The consistency of one percent additive is tofeed chicken. From day one to dsys thirty,chicken continous to breed,then they are infected with IBDV BC 6/85 E3 105 0. 2ml at thirty days. The results was showed that survivalrate of chicken feed resist IBD powder is higher than those of no feeding reist IBD powderbefore thirty days. There were significantly differs nces (P < 0.05). After man-made infectIBDV, Protection rate of groups of add resist IBD powder chicken was 91. 43%,Add significantly higher than those of contrast group (62. 07%). The difference was very significant (P<0. 01).
