摘要
本文分析了用WCO-32型第二代红外线轴温探测设备判别热轴的计算机程序,得出其热轴判别的计算机流程图;根据对大量列车数据的统计和分析,得出各种车辆轴承轴温的分布图;运用概率论和数理统计方法,确定了第二代红外线热轴判别标准的几个主要参数的计算机算法。
in this paper,the software program for WCO-32 model second generation infrared hot-box detector alarm decision is analysed and its computer flow chart for hot-box alarm decision is obtained. Bearing temperature profiles of different trains are derived from the statistics and analyis for a large number of train data.Finally several parameters for second generation infrared hot-box alarm criteria are determined by means of the probability theory and the mathematical statistics.
