摘要
失重和地面模拟失重导致大鼠承重骨矿物质和羟脯氨酸含量减少以及生物力学性能减弱。已知维生素C(V.C)具有促进骨胶元合成的作用。因此探讨补充V.C对尾吊大鼠骨质的影响,对失重骨丢失防护措施的研究有一定意义。实验中,给用尾吊法模拟失重的SD种雄性大鼠(n=7)补充大剂量抗坏血酸(250mg/kg体重),22d后测定股骨及股软骨理化指标及生物力学参数。结果表明,补充V.C组大鼠股软骨的羟脯氨酸、灰分的含量和密度以及股骨的弹性载荷、最大应力和硬度均明显高于悬吊对照组。结果提示,大剂量补充抗坏血酸对尾吊大鼠股软骨的理化特性和股骨的生物力学性能有明显的改善作用。
Effects of large dose vitamin C on physical
and chemical characteristics of femura were stud-ied in male D.rats during 22 d tail- suspension
simulated weightlessness.250 mg/kg wt of vita-min Cwas given to rats through tube-feeding
once a day for 22 d.Physical and chemical indices and biomechanical parameters of femura and
femural cartilage were examined. The results showed that hy-droxyproline and ash contents,a
nd density value of femura cartilage, the values of ferura elastic load-ing,maximum stress and
stiffness in rats supplemented with vitamin C weresignificantly higher than those in control
rats.The results suggest that supplementation of large dose vitamin C can improve physical and
chemical properties of femural carrtilage,and biomechanical characteristics of femura in rats
under simulated Weightlessness.
