The paper studied and discussed the effect of pilots anxiety levels on psycho一physiological parameters in simulated conditions。It was suggested that the priority might be given to individuals with low anxiety when selecting operators for works in conflict situations and that the priority is given to individuals with the same anxiety levels when carrying out joint activity by small groups.
