摘要
为探索微波辐射对中枢神经系统影响的机理,以LACA纯种雄性小白鼠为观察对象,以3000MHz为辐射源,照射强度为5mW/cm~2,在每天lh连续照射7d的条件下,照射组左中央导(C_3)、右中央导(C_4)的脑电总能量分别为-5.37和-5.23dB,较对照组的-2.09和-2.40dB,前者有极显著下降,后者有显著下降,脑电峰值能量分别为-13.44和-14.09 dB,较对照组的-10.33和-10.84dB均有显著下降,呈明显抑制效应,下丘脑和海马的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)含量明显下降.这表明微波辐射对中枢神经系统影响与脑电能量下降有关,而脑电能量的下降与脑组织某些部住的能量代谢下降有关.
Male LACA mice were exposed to 3 000 MHz microwave radiation 1 h per day for 7 d with incident power density of 5 mW cm2. Total electroencephal - energy of C3 and C4 were - 5. 37 dB and -5.23 dB respectively. They were significantly lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01) than those of the control ( - 2.09 dB and - 2.40 dB). The inhibitory effect was also observed on C3 and C4 peak electroencephal- energy of the experimental animal ( - 13. 44 dB and - 14. 09 dB respectively) as compared with those of the control ( - 10.33 dB and - 10.84 dB). The amounts of succinate dehydro-genase (SDH) in hypothalamus and hippocampus decreased significantly after irradiation. It indicated that the influence of microwave irradiation on central nervous system is relevent to the decrease of electroencephal- energy which have something to do with the decrease of the energy metabolism in certain areas of the brain. The above findings may help to elucidate the influence of microwave irradiation on central nervous system.
