摘要
心电电极的电性能是电极性能的一个方面,而其粘贴性能在长时间应用时的重要性不可忽视.本文采用正交设计法,对五种心电电极,在25名23—49岁的男性被试者胸前六个部位进行了7天的粘贴性能比较试验.结果表明:(1)胸前粘贴部位不同对电极的粘贴性能没有影响;(2)这几种电极的粘贴性能不完全适用于长时间心电监护使用;(3)采用的综合评分法能较好地评价电极的粘贴性能,为选择长时间用心电监护电极提供了较好的方法.
Five types of ECG electrodes were applied at six points on the chest for 7d to test the adhesion property. 25 male, aged from 23 to 49 were served as subject. The results show that there is little relationship between adhesion locations and adhesion properties, and that all the five types of electrodes are undesirable for long - term electrocardiogram monitoring. However, the integrated scoring method adopted in this experiment was proved to be satisfactory in evaluating electrode adhesion properties.
