摘要
为了解决太阳中微子丢失之迷,根据 ̄(115)In的特性,提出化合物半导体操测器InP地下探测阵列方案,通过Monte-Carlo模拟计算,得到探测效率、本底的错误判选率和信噪比。
To resolve the discrepancy between theory(the standard solar model)and experiment(the ̄37Cl)depending on tile specific property of  ̄115In,we will show an Ijnderground detec-tion array of chemical compound semiconductor InP for solar neutrlno detection.Detection efficiency ,error discrimination ratio,and ratio between singnal and background of the detectionarray are presented.(
