摘要
本文描述了BH1217B型双路大面积半导体探测器弱αβ测量仪。它是一种最新研制的测量低水平αβ放射性的先进仪器。对 ̄(239)puα参考源的2π探测效率≥85%(典型值90%),本底的典型值为0,015/cm ̄2·h和对 ̄(90)Sr- ̄(90)Yβ参考源的2π探测效率≥40%(典型值50%),本底的典型值为0;03/cm ̄2·h。α对β的混道≤1%,β对α的混道为零。该仪器的数据采集、数据管理、数据分析全部由计算机完成。
Model BH1217B double channel measuring instrument for monitoring weak αβradiationwith large area semiconductor detector has been discribed in this paper.In case of 2πdetectionefficiency≥85%(typical value 90%)for  ̄(239)Pu with typical background of 0.015cm ̄(-2)·h ̄(-2),and≥40%(typical value 50%)for  ̄(90)Sr - ̄(90)Y with typical background of 0.03cm ̄(-2) ·min ̄(-1) .Counting efficiency for αentering βchannel:<1%,and for βentering αchannel:0.Data collec-tion,data control and data processing are all computer.
