竖直管外表面强化沸腾换热的实验研究

摘要 进行了用缠绕金属丝方法强化竖直管外表面沸腾换热的实验研究。该方法的特点是加工简单,适用性强,对管表面完全无损害,可用于核动力装置中一些要求严格的换热管表面。采用这种方法后可使沸腾换热系数有较大提高。本文介绍了实验研究结果及其机理分析。 The experimental research was carried out on boiling heat transfer enhancement by wrap ping a vertical tube with stranded wire.The heat transfer coefficient on this surface was larger than that on the plain tube.The characteristics of this method are easy processing,no effects on the tube surface and fluids.It will be a good selection for the heat exchangers which have special requirements on the tube which is un favorable to use the machined or corrugated surface.Some associated visual observations are reported,and the qualitative analysis is presented.
